Apples and Anthropology

Nutritional anthropology, the PhD process, and other things I like.

I will use this space to discuss or feature developments in nutritional anthropology. Other contributions will focus on how to survive the process of getting a PhD.

This blog began initially as part of a Blue 2.0 project for members of Integrated Academic Services at the University of Kentucky and it's where I posted comments on my assignments.
